Hey, I'm Keeley.I started my first business as a 20-year-old college student, grew it for 10 years, then sold it. Looking back, my decade as CEO was much more lonely and taxing than it had to be. I was trying to do too many things at once with too little experienced support. I needed coaching and execution to help me build the right business for my goals and values, rather than just chasing growth for growth's sake.Inspired by my own experiences, I founded Lumo Operations to help founders navigate the lonely and challenging road of building and running a profitable, values-aligned business – without burning out along the way.
